For what type of shooting? For target shooting, I doubt you could tell a big difference between the two scopes. Both will have good clarity near the center of the field of view.
For big game hunting you will start to see differences. The biggest being a higher glare, and therefore lower contrast, in the Sightron Si II during the early morning and late afternoon. That is when the sun is low on the horizon and game animals are in the shadows.
Also, there will be minor differences in the image quality and distortion away from the center of the field of view. Neither one will be very good, but both are probably acceptable. I don't know about eye relief.
