Sight height measurement

When using a tradjectory calculator, one of the inputs is the height of the sight from the bore line. I am measuring mine and am not sure where exactly one should measure it from. I am assuming that it is the distance from the center of bore line to the center of the scope at the turits, is this correct? Thanks

So, now I feel a little stupid for the question. I was measuring time and again comming up w/ different numbers at various places on my scope. At first I simply attributed it to the shims, but now I realize I was simply missing a measurement. It apparently doesn't make much difference where you measure because the scope is always pretty much paralell to the bore.

One of those times I wish I'd have waited a little longer to ask a question LOL! thanks anyway, Mark
