Sig BDX scope subsonic and supersonic

Hi all:
This is such a valuable community. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Is anyone using a Sig Sauer BDX scope set up for both subsonic and supersonic cartridges? I may be missing something but my goal is to configure a hunting rifle so I can take the first shot with subsonic cartridge and then any follow ups with supersonic. I understand I can configure the scope so the drop dots work for two different cartridges but afaik only for one zero at a time. I'm trying to think this through:
I would zero the scope for the supersonic's MPBR but the drops for the subsonic cartridge so the first shot (probably within 150 yards max) could use the drop dots if necessary, but then if i needed a follow up shot, which would be too quick to dink with the app to switch settings, I could use the cross hairs.

I would prefer not to have to guess on either shot by holding the crosshairs 8" up or down from the zero - which is roughly the POI difference at 100 yards between by subsonic and supersonic cartridges.

Any practical advice on this scenario?

Did you get this figured out? I'm trying to do the same thing with 8.6 BO. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated.

Thanks for asking @ringtaildog81, I did not. Sig Sauer support confirmed my two dots (one for sub-, the other for supersonic) is not a supported feature

FWIW, I unearthed a Horus Talon scope from early 2000s that has 8 MOA between top and bottom of the Christmas tree reticle. I'm hoping it works well enough for "minute of deer" but I gotta admit, doing further research, I'm wondering how often I'll hunt with subsonic in the chamber and supersonic in the magazine. Unless it's cull situation, I'm likely not to risk the first shot unless I find a BDX-type solution.

Thank you @Bucklowery - if you don't mind - please describe your set up and share big game hunting when it worked well to dial to shoot subsonic instead of taking the supersonic shot. That was my goal when I got the suppressors, etc

Most of my normal hunting spots 100 yds and in. I have a spot at my house I can shoot to 200 depending on where the deer come out. So my primary zero is for subsonic and I can switch to super zero if I need to take longer shots. I have my scope zeros with no zero stop but marked. So I can dial up or down to dope for either zero. I have this setup with my 308 and 300 BO. I have been playing around with subsonics more in the last few years. This setup is very versatile with both calibers. I can take both to Longrange or up close and quiet if needed. Also allows to shoot varmints during a deer hunt without disturbing the whole area. I am working on a 200 yrd zero for subsonic with a new load and hopefully enough accuracy
