And here we are again. If you have ammo that is not serialized you will need to dispose of by 1/01/2024. I would assume no more reloading ammo if this passes. Tell me again why we are not seeing primers, powders, etc. If this passes in Pa, how long do you think it will take to spread across the USA ? This should get interesting. lol
