pretty sure you always could but you had to wait till the forms cleared/got your new stamp
Nothing has changed besides the price, still have to jump thru the same hoops the price is just cheaper to jump thru the hoops.

always said you're married to the cans because nobody is gonna pay another 200 for a stamp.
this may have made divorce easier and if it passes new 30cal cans will be backed up for a long time so I bet used ones sell

Ya there might be a big used market it will be interesting to see. It's passed and there are still a ton of 30 cal cans from pretty much all the big dealers that you can buy right now and have shipped in Jan to avoid the 200.00 stamp so I'm not sure how hot the used market will be but it's hard to say what % of shooters know about the price changes. I'm sure the used market will get bigger then it is right now.
Suppressor tech is moving pretty quick with printed cans etc so I'm not sure how many people are after 5+ year old cans I think they will have to be pretty cheap to sell used depending on the brand.

In theory, but since it is passed, and new 30 cal cans WILL be backed up...that doesn't help selling a used can ... because you're still going to have to do an NFA transfer. It just won't cost you $200 extra.

but it physically exists, everytime the atf does something good it seems like the retail supply dries up

from the production side with material costs rising so fast it's a gamble to trust the government will do what they say and start trying to stock up
