Just a quick question about people using g&s through PayPal to sell a firearm and having it shipped from ffl to ffl. Any concerns with this?

Don't do it why?Don't do it
What if we don't put anything in the comments how would they know it is a gun?I'm not a PayPal user, but from what I understand, firearms are prohibited transactions and has the potential to lock your account and funds.

But then what's the point of G&S? That's really there for the buyers protection so they could file a claim to get their money back.
If they did choose to file a claim, then PP would just lock everything and no one wins.
I guess this is my main concern is what if he disputed it.But then what's the point of G&S? That's really there for the buyers protection so they could file a claim to get their money back.

DO NOT USE PAYPAL!!!!! They locked my account and froze my money. I'm permanently ban from PayPal. All because I sold a gun stock (just a piece of wood mind you) to a person and when he sent payment to me he listed the item as "gun stock". That threw up the Yellow Flags for Paypal. I tried to straighten it out and get my money unfrozen by speaking to 4 different Paypal representatives to no avail and explained it was not a firearm that was operable. Just a piece of wood. Same answer every time. It was paypal policy not to handle anything gun related (by the way, none of them spoke good english). Paypal (Venmo too) are anti second amendament and I won't support them in any manner!!!Ask hammer bullets how it went with PayPal when they locked them out of 40k because they were selling firearm related things.
