Just a quick question about people using g&s through PayPal to sell a firearm and having it shipped from ffl to ffl. Any concerns with this?

But then what's the point of G&S? That's really there for the buyers protection so they could file a claim to get their money back.

If they did choose to file a claim, then PP would just lock everything and no one wins.

Quoting myself because... actually PP wins because they collect the fee and lock everyone's money.

And we don't want PP to win

I guess this is my main concern is what if he disputed it.

I've bought several guns using PayPal G&s no issues but i did buy from well known members with all positive feedback

Ask hammer bullets how it went with PayPal when they locked them out of 40k because they were selling firearm related things.
DO NOT USE PAYPAL!!!!! They locked my account and froze my money. I'm permanently ban from PayPal. All because I sold a gun stock (just a piece of wood mind you) to a person and when he sent payment to me he listed the item as "gun stock". That threw up the Yellow Flags for Paypal. I tried to straighten it out and get my money unfrozen by speaking to 4 different Paypal representatives to no avail and explained it was not a firearm that was operable. Just a piece of wood. Same answer every time. It was paypal policy not to handle anything gun related (by the way, none of them spoke good english). Paypal (Venmo too) are anti second amendament and I won't support them in any manner!!!

Did your money ever get unfrozen? Doesn't seem legal that they can keep your money. Anyone know how Hammer bullets made out?

I pay for goods and receive funds throgh PayPal but NEVER say anything that is in any manner "firearm" related. No description of anything gun, shooting, reloading or hunting related. DD62

That's the issue. They seem to run outside the law. There is nobody to talk to. They contact you. Even if you try to sue for your $40k, who will you sue? In what court? They are formed as a black box corporation on purpose.
