Sellier&Bellot LRM Primers

Has anyone tried Sellier&Bellot Large Rife Magnum primers? I tried some today and 5 out of 10 did not fire. I picked some up locally because thats all there was available. The 5 that did fire had a noticeable lag. Almost like shooting a percussion cap on a muzzleloader.

I tried some more of these primers (in empty cases) still not having very good results. I noticed in the rounds that didnt fire the powder had a yellow look to it and was clumpy. Never seen this before but Ive never had to pull bullets because of so many bad primers.
