I am using 3.684 COAL, 300 otm. This varies from Gen 1 slightly and the metplates vary, so off a given bullet. This gave me 3.833 on my comp. for -.005 off lands. There is a sticky some where on site for Berger seating
I am testing the 250 gr Berger Hybrid OTM Tacticals for Berger right now. I have till friday to finish my tests. I loaded some .050 off the lands that produced 1 inch groups at 300 yds. I also loaded some at .070 off and got good results there too. I loaded some more up at .070 but haven't got to shoot them yet.
I am shooting 338 Ultra mag with a 30 inch Broughton tube 1 in 9.3 twist.
Bros said that he had good luck with .015 off in his rifle for the 300's.

Based on what I have experienced with several of the hybrid line, seating depth isn't an issue. So far have shot the 105 6mm hybrid from a 6mm-284 with .065" jump. 168 30 cal shot in 300 RUM so it was as long as possible fitting and feeding from magazine (never bothered to measure jump) and a 300 win mag with .170" jump. Both 30 cals shot under 1/2 MOA easily. Have shot the 300 gr .338 hybrid from two different 338 RCMs one standard throat and one long throated with great accuracy.
I would suggest you just seat to fit and feed from your magazine and give them a try.
