Samson our Bernese Mountain Dog and our BEST Friend and Home Protector for us and our animals.
He turned TEN YEARS OLD today! It is a little past the life expediency for this breed, but he keeps holding on. Might say he has TEN Lives!
Samson our best friend and we love him dearly. He protects the house, animals, and especially Jill when I am away. He has actually detoured people from trying to harm us and Killed Coyotes on and off our property.
He is 150 pounds of muscle/brute/pure love and can grab a 30lb coyote and through 10' in the air or he can cuddle a newborn 1-2 lb kitten next to him to keep warm.
Samson is now TEN and still able to get up and Bark if he thinks there is a Threat. Cassie (Great Pyrenees) our newest addition has been learning from Samsom and tends to be a PITA to Samson.
