SOLD/EXPIRED SAKO L61R, 280AI

This L61R in 280 AI is admittedly a little bit of a mutt as it is a L61R in an AV stock. I took the AV action and made a "long ranger" out of it and put the 23" barreled L61R action (rechambered from 280 to 280AI) into the AV stock. You can see the adaptation in the picture of the rear end of the action. Original round count on the barrel unknown. No AI rounds fired. Original Sako bluing is very good. Stock is straight-grained & plain with a right hand palm swell and in very good condition. There is some flattening of the checkering on the palm swell from usage. The original hard recoil pad has been replaced and measures 14.25" LOP. With Opti-lock rings (1" or 30mm choice) and bases the rifle weighs 7.8#. $1000 shipped, USPS money order, to your local FFL.
