I don't have that particular rifle but do have a Sako 75 in 308, Sako 85 in 270, Tikka T3 in 243, Tikka T3 300WM with a McMillan stock, and had a Tecomate 270WSM. All of them are 1/2 to 3/4 MOA with factory ammo. I would be willing to bet that the rifle you are looking at would do the same. The Tecomate is basically an A7 with a Bell and Carlson stock.
I do not reload so I did have to go through several kinds of ammo to find what each rifle liked. A few I got lucky with the first round I tried, a couple took me 3 or 4 different brands before I found what they liked.
