Sako 85 Trigger Adjustment

Hey guys,
Was wondering if anybody could tell me how to adjust the trigger pull on my sako 85 synthetic. Its supposed to be adjustable from 2-4lbs, I'd like to lower mine to down around 2lbs. Is this something I could do myself, or should I take it to a smith?
