Ruger M77 Mark II 30-06 sporter. My grandfather won this in a raffle probably 20 years ago, and as far as I know, it has never been fired. It does have one rust spot from being leaned up against the wood in the gun safe, but I think that can be sanded and blued.

I have the same rifle and just as old. It has less than 20 rounds through it, kicked like a mule and been in the safe forever. Now I have more experience and glad I hung on to it. I'll be looking to work loads up to 3,400fps with with 124g Hammer Hunters hoping for great accuracy. Figuring this would be an awesome lightweight rifle with manageable recoil that would devastate game at moderate distances. Gotta love a wood and blued .30-06!
