I have an all-weather Ruger M77 Mark II in 30-06 that is ready for a new home. The serial number indicates it was shipped in 2001 and the gun has been in our family since it was purchased new. Used for hunting only with a low round count (likely less than 150 over the life of the rifle). It's been sitting in the safe for a while, so time to move it along to someone who needs it. Gun shot well with 150 gr TTSX reloads or would make a great long action platform for a new build. There are some minor scuffs as expected. Barrel measures just over 21". Comes with the set of Ruger 1-inch factory rings shown in the photo. $750 shipped from individual to your FFL in the lower 48 except California. Accept PayPal, Venmo, or other forms but shipment will hold until payment clears. Cross-posted elsewhere. Let me know if you have any questions.

I have a similar vintage 300WM that has been 5/8 MOA for 30yrs with hand loads out of the magazine. Rain, snow, dirt, dust .... the M77 Mark II has taken more critters at more total yards than any other rifle I own. I believe Ruger was turning out some nice barrels at the time. Mine has always been relatively fast running a 220 ELDx at 2825fps out of 24" barrel.

Monday bump. This gun is very capable in its current form or could make a great foundation for a 35 Whelen or similar build.
