Ring Height For Seekins Havak PR2 w/ ACTAR 4x16

I just picked up this rifle and I have the scope inbound. What 34mm rings would give the best cheek weld with sufficient height for the 50mm scope? Would NF x-treme ultralights in medium be low enough?
