Hi There,

sorry for being a bit off, but not being a native english speaker, need some clarification.

The IMSSU regulation says "...any single shot or repeating rifle". When saying repeating rifle, does it exclude semi-automatic rifles?

Thanks: Razor18

Razor,

No, it should not. A repeating rifle refers to one that has a self-contained magazine and is reloaded by the cycling of the action. If it doesn't specify that it must be done manually (such as a bolt action) or automatically, it would be allowed unless autoloaders are specifically covered elsewhere.
