I had 5k in my cart and was experiencing similar symptoms. I actually scrolled back up from the submit order button to see if I could modify my quantities...I tried to click on the primers to see if I could update the quantity......and boom, it said my order was accepted! The submit order button wasn't even on my phone screen. I guess it was meant to be...$127/1000 for 9 1/2 M. %$!$%#
