I'm restarting this thread to clear it of the drama.
I have a nice Remington 700 Custom Shop Mountain rifle chambered in 338 win mag. The gun looks to have been fired very little and is in great shape inside and out. It has the super light weight McMillan stock and the total rifle weighs 6lbs 10oz. It has a radial muzzle brake and the trigger is the old walker style that is nice and crisp breaks right at 2.5lbs. I bought it at a local gun shop and have not shot it. I intended to use it as a doner but it's too nice to tear apart so I'm selling it. I'm lowering the price to $1000 shipped and insured. Would also do partial trades for build parts, I'm wanting a 26" proof light sendero 308 1-10 or 1-9 twist barrel, a lightweight stock for a tikka t3, a Manners eh2 or eh4 for a Remington long action. Possibly other build parts.
