3B stands for #3 bartline.
Google #3B contour and you can pull up the specs.

we use Benchmark stainless blanks and Proof Carbon Fiber.

Sorry, not trying to be difficult. There is not a "3B" contour listed on the Benchmark website. Are you saying you have a Bartlein 3B contoured Benchmark blank?
