Remington 700 300 Wby w/ components

I'm looking to sell this 700 in 300 Weatherby. I picked this up here a few years back and haven't done anything with it except keep it clean. Previous owner reported the action was rebarreled by Williamsport shooter/ gunsmith Howard Wolfe for a customers long range deer rig.
Specs:

Stainless R700 LA - S prefix
Action was trued and got a Hart barrel. I measured it at 28 1/4 from receiver to the shank base. The Vais brake puts it at 30 3/16". Looks to me like their heavy sporter.
B&C aluminum chassis
Shilen trigger @1.5#
NF 20 mos base
