Rem model 7 7SAUM value

I've got a line on a stainless model 7 in 7Saum for $350. appears to have the factory stock and metal. doesn't look to have been shot hardly at all. Think this is one that should be picked up? I figure the Saum action alone is worth that, but then I'd be looking into another build.

Glass bed the action and recoil lug, free float the barrel, clean/polish the Bore and Throat with, JB's for a good "break in" then,.. keep it "cool" and enjoy, a FINE Caliber !
I heard/ read that, the Nosler AccuBond 160's, shoot great and kill game, "WELL" in them ! The action alone, is worth that, price !
