Selling a remington 700 in 280 ackley. It's got a bell and carlson m40 and a 22" mcgowan straight taper barrel ( 10 twist). It's a pretty heavy little gun, I'd say it's 10 pounds or maybe a little more bare gun. The barrel has less than 40 shots on it. For sale only 800$. I'd like to sell locally around nevada or Utah. Comes with brand new 50 PC box of nosler brass and box of 150gr eldx bullets.

A local gunsmith here in Ely Nevada named LLoyd Phillips with East Creek Precision. Shoots well under sub moa with 150's ( being a 10 twist barrel). He has built a few rifles for me and they all shoot amazing. I had this one barreled to run suppressed, its a 5/8x24 threaded muzzle. If i was going to hang on to it i would definitely get the barrel fluted. But with a 28 nosler and 7mm rem mag I don't really need it.

Hello Dave, Nice looking rifle! I am currently having my 280 Remington chamber recut to 280 AI. There is better factory ammo for the 280 AI than the standard 280. Someone is going to get a great rifle cartridge combo. Good luck with the sale! DD62 P.S. I live in LV... not far from Ely.
