For some reason, these don't show up if you have the "in stock" filter selected. RL16 does though, and has been there for at least several days! Maybe $50/lb pre-shipping and hazmat is too hard to swallow for most.

It absolutely is. A year ago you could get 5lb for around $200 shipped from PV. I'm sure many, many people are shooting less now that they're paying astronomical prices for everything else. With fuel alone we are spending $300+ more per month. The cost of components aren't the only reason stuff is sitting around longer now IMO.
