Reloading Berger 200.20X with H1000?

I tried 78.0 of H1000 at .028 off the lands. They shot an ok group, 4 shots .6", 1 shot went horizontal out to an inch. But my velocity went from 2817 to 2865 using a LabRadar. I will try another 5 shots at 78.0 but at .018 off the lands tomorrow.

This is a 28" Bartlein barrel with 1 in 10 twist.

Any tips are appreciated.

You can use the same load data as our .30 caliber 200 grain HYBRID Target BULLETS FOR THE NEW 200.20X bullet.
