Redding Seating Die issues?

Okay guys, I've gotten three different calibers of redding competition bullet seating dies, and they all do the same thing. I've never had this happen before, but I can't seat the die down where you normally would, or else they squish my casings, or the bullet would get stuck so bad I had to pull it out with a pair of pliers. Called my military buddy in who's been reloading for a very long time, said he's never seen anything like it. He ended up putting my dies all the way up like this, and I had to work it down to where it seated the bullets to the right length. I've never had an issue with redding dies in the past, and I've used lots. I tried using different bullets, put imperial wax on the casing and in the die. No luck. Anybody else encountered this issue? Everyone I've talked to and shown has said redding has slipped in quality in the past year, so I don't know. I'm about to switch all my seating dies to Forster. Would sell the seating dies I have, but don't want anyone else to have this issue.

Reading another post like mine, I can see some solutions, due to crimp. Just strange that it always has to be set differently each time I use it

If the die is set up as instructed and you are getting the results pictured, I'd send it to Redding. I have MANY Redding mico-seating dies and have never had a problem with any of them. Re-check your initial adjustment of die height and if there's still a problem then I'd send the image and issue to Redding. Maybe the insert isn't correct for your cartridge. ??

Not sure, it happened with three different sets? 26 nosler, 7mm-08, and a 7mm rem mag
How much does it cost to send to redding or is it covered by them?

The odds of a problem existing in three different sets of dies seems too high to accept, especially in the hands of one person. It "sounds" like operator error but who knows?

Call Redding and see if there has been an issue with their seating dies. I've called them on issues and found them to be very helpful.

Yes that's what I thought too I'm just not doing anything different
I'll call them

I have a squished case sitting in front of me from the same type of redding die. Its only happened to me once in about 100 cases, so I was leaning towards it being some sort of issue with the brass, or that I seated the die too low. Fascinating to see you have the same issue, I'm curious what redding says.
Edit: If I remember correctly I backed my die off a bit and didn't have any more issues, but I can't remember if I actually did or just thought about it lol.

If you haven't seen it, here's my thread with the same issue https://www.longrangehunting.com/threads/seating-die-squish.308330/
