Redding FL or NK question

Im looking at gettin redding dies for my 7 stw and have been looking at the fl and nk set. Now then i guess my question is what is the advantage of one over the other? Is their much? Ive seen nk will expand case life and ect... the reason that im going redding is because of the micrometer seating die for the berger vld. Thanks fellas

Like you said it will increase case life, because you are not working the brass as much, but if you were to go bushing over the button style your brass will live even longer, cause really with the button you size the brass twice down then back out when the ball gets pulled through. If you are only shooting out of one gun and this is new brass or this is once fired from the same gun go with the necking, if different rifles or you are gonna load for a buddy too get the fl
