Recommendation ARCA rail

I purchased an MDT Mountain BiPod that the retailer said had a Pic rail head on it, but it actually had the ARCA head on it. I have zero experience with ARCA, and getting a Mountain BiPod now is like trying to find Santa, the Easter Bunny, Father Time and Kamala all on the same beach at the same time.

So it you could recommend a good ARCA rail about 3-5 inches long to put on the forearm of an EH-1 Manners Stock I would appreciate it.
