When asking for such info, you need to supply more information. Twist doesn't matter except for rotational speed/rate.
You need to measure/supply the water capacity of a FIRED case, level to the mouth of the case. Case length, etc.
Every detail matters. I'd expect approximately 57 gr would be near max.
I ditched QL some years back.
