Nice! I have not done quail (Gambels) hunting since 1992 in AZ.

With two years in a row of great monsoon rain, the gambel's quail population should be good this season. Will be looking for them in a couple weeks.

Hey, I’m a Brittany guy too. The picture is from a couple years ago in SD. My younger dog was about 1.5 years old then too. She did a great job. Had to take all of last year off, two back surgeries. Big plans for this fall though. I’m going to bird hunt my @$$ off. Driving out of AK in September and bird hunting across the west.
