That group is decent for sure, interested to see what the throat measures now. Even if it's only double the barrel life it's starting to look like this barrel might be worth the added cost if the precision is there, it costs less in the end than 2 barrels and labor twice would? My standard barrel 28's took 100-110 rounds to finish speeding up and realistically that is probably 25% of it's precision life. And that sucks when you are looking at around a thousand bucks to get a new standard barrel that is only going to give you 300-400 rounds of it's best capability. I'd love to have a 28 that I could take out and bang steel with for fun. 160ish grain bullets at 3400 don't drop a lot and don't give the wind a lot of time to push them around lol.
