Primer problems

I have been reloading for a 7mm mag using cci br-2 reloader 19. Some shots there is a split second delay from when the firing pin strikes and the powder ignites. Should I try a magnum primer? Any ideas?

7mm remington magnum, yes I would use magnum primers. Should help your burn rate out a little.

I have been reading, on a couple of fourms in the UK, about some issues with CCI BR's. Not delayed firing but no ignition at all. 4 or 5 per batch of 100 reloads...

Could be completely unrelated but seems a bit coincidental.

Bummer really as I have just stocked up on CCI BR primers!

Yet to have any problems myself though...
