It's what Wilson dies (both neck sizing and bullet seaters) are for. They're referred to as 'inline' as they eliminate press misalignment. Is that what the Wilson seaters are for?
-Runout is mainly caused by sizing of thickness variance. The more of either the worse it get's.
-Bushing neck sizing alone can go a long way to making straight ammo, regardless of what a guy selling FL dies says. This, because bushing neck sizing is partial on necks only, and not sizing case bodies at all.
-As far as the typical neck expanders, except for Forster's high expander, mandrels provide superior results.
-And finally, the only way to straighten crooked ammo is firing it in your chamber (your best die). It's only what you do afterwards that brings out the runout.
Ok, just had to get all that out there...
