LOL, I eat them as-is and with no sides other than my choice of the day's spirit (tonight, it's Scotch). My wife occasionally likes it with sherry/champagne vinegar, chopped red onions, chopped jalapeno, and Tabasco sauce.

I have gone to a few Oyster bars in LA and MS.

Yep, 50 would have been a perfect appe-teaser, but since it was our main meal, it was not too bad. I told my wife we could take a break, but she said, let's press. LOL!

Great time of year for Oysters, I’m partial to Willapa Bay oysters myself as the bay is much cleaner than most, for me, the smaller the better.

That is exactly what I will be doing the first couple of weeks in April...along with some turkey hunting.
