Over Crimped Pistol Bullet: Safety Issue?

I test built a handful of no powder 45LC while setting up my progressive press. They looked good, but when I went to disassemble them using a kinetic hammer bullet remover, they were very difficult to remove. More so than any others that I've disassembled before. The removed bullets didn't look distorted from the crimping. I've tried measuring the crimp, but its hard to measure the roll crimp on the 45LC.

Would an over-crimped cartridge cause excess pressure issues? Would these have been safe to fire if they had been actually charged and fired?

I have over crimped in the past on my .41 mag to the point of slight case bulge. Cartridges had to pushed into the cylinder. These were just under max loads. I shot most them off before I realized why they would not drop into the cylinder. These all fired with no pressure signs. But use your own discretion. If concerned, disassemble the lot and resize the brass.
