Does anyone know if a Manners MCS-EHT that is inletted for a Tikka factory lite barrel can be have the barrel channel opened up enough to fit a Bartlein 3b contour?

As long as there's enough shoulder meat along each side of the barrel, open it up. If it comes down to buying a new stock or opening one I own, I open them up.
Sand paper over a tall socket from a socket wrench set, or over a wooden dowl, will work.
I'd wear a face mask in the effort to minimize inhalation of carbon fiber dust... And think about sanding it outdoors.
