One of THOSE Days

I lived very close to my range thankfully, but I've forgotten my stuff more than once. I went in to load test for my muzzleloader and got everything set up before realizing I didn't bring my lead. It's a good range, so I asked the old boy at the table next to me to watch my stuff while I ran home for bullets. Everything was right where I left it when I got back, and all the old fellers had a good laugh at my expense.

I also went to a shooting competition one time and picked the wrong competition gear. It was supposed to be an IDPA handgun competition, which would have been my 9mm and accompanying gear. I had it in my head that it was a speed steel competition, which I typically shot 22 at. So I showed up to the shoot with all my 22 gear and had to make the walk of shame to explain my mistake. They let me shoot which was kind, and hilarious to shoot idpa courses with a ruger mark 3
