That is a piece o' work! I had a 6 mm Rem. A.I. and it's a great cartridge! Your rifle looks exceptionally fine. I hope you sell it to a lucky person. I'm guessing all the ammo and box and dies come with it? Curious, about how many rounds been shot in it ? and I think the barrel is 26" ?

One of the several good advantages of the A.I. is longer brass life. Hornady has some smart people who recognized Mr. Ackley's achievements and have made three of the most impressive rounds today. They appear to be formed like Mr. ackley's improved case design. I'm speaking of the 6.5 Creedmoor , the 6 Creedmoor and now the 6 ARC. They took decent cases and gave them the A.I. treatment. They can disput that, but that's MHO.
Having had a 6 Rem Improved, or 6 Rem A.I., I can atest to it's efficiency and value. A great cartridge.
