I am getting ready to bed my savage 112 I bought a Boyds tactical stock. I already have expoxy and I have bedded a few 700's. My question is do I need to get longer action bolts ? I thought I read somewhere that you need longer action bolts ant truth to this. I never had to for any Remington's. I bought my pillars from stocky's and they are the ones savage uses in some of there factory rifles.
