Last year during a bear hunt in NY I took a spill on some snowy rocks. My Nosler M48 Patriot made contact but neither gun nor Zeiss scope showed signs of damage or scratches. Fast forward to this year. I send my rifle to a friend in AZ for his daughters muley hunt and he claims when he closes the bolt (dry firing) the firing pin clicks. Not safe. So we send it to Nosler. 4 days later Daniel from Nosler calls to tell me they replaced the safety, fixed a chip inside the stock in the bolt race way, repainted the repair and were shipping it back to my friend the next day all at no cost to me. They even covered shipping! She has the gun back in time for the hunt.
Much thanks and best regards to Daniel and the folks at Nosler from a grateful customer.
