Am I safe in saying that all Nikon SF scopes (new for 2005 /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif) are 2nd focal plane?

If in the 1st focal plane one Mil = 3.6" @ 100 regardless of the power setting.
If in the 2nd focal plan one Mil is anything but 3.6" @ 100 for any power setting except one, usually 10X.
And who knows what the actual power is at any of those numbers on the adjustment ring.
