I'm interested in a Nikon Prostaff BDC but am unsure of the models. The two that I'm trying to distinguish are model 6722 and 6730. Does anyone know the difference? Thanks

The 6722 is the 3-9x40 BDC in regular packaging, the 6730 is packaged in a clamshell plastic packaging. The scopes are the same from what I can tell.

Mac., I agree but I have not seen one in a clam shell pkg before. The new upgrades on the PROSTAFF Scope are very nice. Finger turn turret's and zero reset. The glass is also fully multicoated for increased clarity and light tranmission. Make sure you also check out Nikon's Spot On Ballistic Program to further increase the accuracy of your BDC Scope.
