Nikon binocular replacement

Back in 1980, yes 1980 , I bought a new pair of Nikon 10x25 compact binoculars. They were hunted every year thru the 2023 season. Used in summer temps of 100+ & high mountains in temps of -0. Never once failed me. This past Dec., 2023 at the end of my hunt I dropped them on the cement floor of my wash room. There was that sicking "wack" when they struck the floor. I looked thru them & they were no longer able to focus the right & left sides together. The original warranty was for 25 years , or forever if dropped. I thought " Ya right ". It's been 43 yrs. So, contacted Nikon. They said send them into us. Will do a look see. About two weeks later I receive a brand new pair of 10x25 compacts, pictured.. "NO CHARGE".

Wow...that's great to hear. I have a pair of Nikon binos & they are my clearest/best units. I'd hate to lose or ruin them. Nice to know Nikon stood by their advertised promise to you after all these years.
