Nightforce Velocity 1000 reticle

soni bought an NXS 5.6-22x56 with the velocity reticle. I was unaware at the time there are several models of this and I had the HVM. According to NF the best reticle for my 26 nosler loads is the HV.5 reticle. But the one I have is just one notch up from the preferred one. Any advice on how to make this work as intended? Or should I sell it and get the other reticle? It's too late to do an exchange. Anyone familiar with the Velocity 1000 your advice would be much appreciated!
