Nightforce Flip Up Scope Caps?

Are the Nightforce Flip Up Scope Caps really better than most scope caps?

I have some very nice Leupold caps for my Mark 4 scopes and I am a big believer in protecting my optics glass.

By the way. I have an NXS and a couple of SHV's all with 56mm objectives. Do the NF caps that are made for the NXS fit an SHV?

Seriously? 35 views and no answers? C'mon guys... Doesn't anybody use them and if so why not? I'm really needing some good quality scope caps for my 56mm objective NF scopes.

Tennebrex rules, Butler Creek work fine , the others are not worthy in my opinion.

The caps made for the nxs work on the shv. I have them on my shv's. 5-20X56 takes A284 and A394

I'd never heard of them but they look very interesting. Here's a good video review of them on Youtube.

If used to Alumina on Mk4s, you'll likely be disappointed with any others.
Also, the NF turning eye piece with power changes pretty much eliminates rear flip-up practicality.

I'm in your camp about protecting glass, and I don't want to fiddle with cheap lens covers removed clean/reinstalled dirty in the field . Alumina flip-ups and Mk4 weight keeps me going back to leupold(sold off all NF NXS scopes).
