Good Morning, thank you for allowing me to join. I live in Southwest, Alaska. I recently retired 15 years with corrections and one of the retirement gifts I gave myself what a Remington 700 build by Greg Tannel, a .300 Ultra Mag using a Pacific Tool and Die finish reamer with a tight neck, aluminum should, his titaniu, firing pin set up, a Jewel Trigger set at exactly 16 ounces, 29 1/2 inch Kreiger 1-10 barrel in the original laminated Remington stock, pillar bedded. Looking forward to wringing this one out then taking it to extreme ranges to see what I can do. I say that because I know the tool will be boringly accurate and precise, so it's all on me to see what it can do.
I hunt with a Brno ZKK-602 built by Jim Brockman in .375 Weatherby. It doesn't recoil as hard as I thought, a joy to shoot and it'll make bugholes.
All makes relative were in the military so I've been shooting all my life and just wanted to be in a website where everyone is into long range. Other sites people get silly when you talk of dreaming of making small groups at 500 yards and more.
Good Morning.

Good Morning.
Welcome to LRH, and enjoy!

Ugh! I should have carefully read what I posted before hitting "Post"! My writing looks like I'm high on something. I tried to edit, but all it would let me do is edit the title.
"should" should be shroud.
"titaniu" should be titanium.
"All male relatives" should be all my male relatives...

Welcome, from southwest Montana.

At the very bottom of your post you should see 3 periods (dots). Tapping that should bring up the edit feature.

I hate typing so I always hit the little microphone and my phone does not know how to spell either.
And Mark beat me to it so I have to say another Tennessee welcome to the forum.
