Has anyone seen this? I guess Weatherby is now trying to compete with the 6.5 PRC &6.5-284 Norma. They are touting it as an ultralite backcountry rifle, with the Ti version coming in at 4.9 lbs. We'll see if it catches on. Interesting to see them get away from the normal Weatherby cartridge design and away from all the free bore. Unless they get competitive with factory ammo coming in around $45-50/box instead of $90-100/box and inexpensive brass, I believe it's only going to be more of a niche cartridge.
