New Reloader, working up a 30-06 Elk hunting load

OK guys, I'm very new to reloading (a couple months) and am trying to work up a load in my 30-06 with Accurate 2700, 168 Berger Classic Hunters

Below is my info. I've read that I should work on seating depth at the dip (load 5), but load 9 shot under 3/4" already for me. Where would you guys start working on seating depth?

Also if you look at load 6, you will see shot 4 was significantly slower. I remember distinctly having a primer strike and a delay before the shot. First time its ever happened to me. Not sure as to why this would happen.

#9 and go slayeth some ungulates. In other words, load #9 and leave it alone.

Yeah confirm load 9 and if it holds together at distance your done. We tend to over think a simple outcome sometimes
