why in the world is this scope a 34mm?? both it and the 30mm NXS both have the same 110 MOA of elevation. It must be for the bigger is better crowd. I would probably sell my NXS and buy anther if this scope was a 30mm tube. what are you gaining besides weight if both scopes have the same internal adjustments. plus you have to go to the odd ball 34m rings.

I doubt they went with a bigger tube for ***** and giggles. I'd be surprised If the glass wasn't a notch up from the NXS. At least it has the bigger objective compared to the F1 with the 42. I'm not aware of any rings that even let you take advantage of lower mounting with the 42mm objective and a 34mm tube.
