New forum changes

Yall have done this before I think--- changing the format to a dark background color with white letters--- this format is harder to see ( at least on a phone/app) for older eyes. I like the white background with black letters much better.

Anyone else agree about the color change?

What about other new changes, what are your thoughts in those?

Man, I was just thinking how awesome it was, but I'm using a full size iPad most of the time. I can see the contrast better, actually, but I have color issues. "Deutan" I think it's called.

As for the other changes, well they are what they are. Pay to play.
Seems there are some members here for the sole purpose of jockeying merchandise and describing it as "just making room", "cleaning out the safe", etc. over and over again.

Now there is a fee associated, seems reasonable I suppose.?
With the way items are moving these days, it would not be fun paying the Sponsor fee.

I understand the fees but not a big fan of the color change. I don't mind the fact that there is a color change too much but I do like black letters on a lighter background, or white letters on a very dark background. The current background (at least on mobile as I reply right now) is a bit too light and makes it a touch harder to read for my poor color vision

Does it make any difference if you adjust your screen brightness?

Not by much really. But I just woke up and started scrolling, still groggy eyed and in a dark room. I can still read it but it's not as easy as it was before, and not as easy as reading Reddit which has a pitch black background with bright white letters. I do like the coziness the lighter brown had compared to the plain black and white (or white and black) of some of the other communities. I just want a bit more contrast is all

I'm on the mobile site, you may be looking at the site on a computer or tablet? Unless the rollout hasn't been for everyone at once?
