I need some help on a gunsmith to help me build a 270 WBY. I have called a few and they did not seem to have confidence or knowledge. Thank you all

Yes I can. I have a weatherby 307 action, i a, looking to build a 28 inch 1-8 twist 270 WBY. Bed the action . I want a carbon six barrel, peak 44 stock . I have a 338 edge for my heavy Longrange rig. I feel the 270 wby is the most versatile rifle! Deer, antelope, sheep, goat and caribou

Should be pretty straightforward, good suggestions have been mentioned. The 270 Wby was an old favorite of mine, I used one for several years. I may still have a reamer for that cartridge, I haven't done one for anybody in several years, it was popular around here for a good while.
